FounderCliff Campbell is the founder of Campbell Custom Homes and a proud veteran with a passion for building high-quality custom homes. He believes the custom home journey should be both rewarding and enjoyable, and he works closely with each homeowner to bring their vision to life.
Known for his commitment to craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail, Cliff takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the building process and delivering homes built with integrity.
Site ManagerClay Campbell
Clay Campbell oversees day-to-day job site operations at Campbell Custom Homes, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. After growing up around construction and working as an electrician, Clay joined the family business to bring his hands-on experience and strong attention to detail to every build.
He is on-site daily coordinating subcontractors, managing materials, and maintaining the organization and quality that Campbell Custom Homes is known for. Clients appreciate Clay’s personable nature, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to making the building process a positive experience.

Amy Pacetti
Design Consultant
Amy Pacetti collaborates with Campbell Custom Homes as a design consultant, helping homeowners bring their vision to life while making the selection process feel approachable and enjoyable. With over a decade of passion for design, Amy has turned her love for interiors and home renovation into a business built around creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making.
Amy works closely with clients during selection appointments—guiding choices such as finishes, materials, and design details—to ensure the home feels cohesive and reflective of each homeowner’s style. Her calm, personable approach helps simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming part of building a custom home.
Having worked alongside Cliff Campbell on multiple projects, Amy plays an important role in helping homeowners feel confident in their design decisions from start to finish. She currently lives in the West Knoxville area and is in the process of building her own custom home.
